BOOKING

  • Please note that this is a live event at the NEC, Birmingham meaning our content will not be available in a virtual format. We do record some sessions which take place at the show and release them post event to the SAAS Community.

  • Yes registration is now live! You can secure your free place here.

    You can register your free ticket for the Schools & Academies Show Birmingham via the link in the navigation bar in the top right hand corner!

  • Download the GovNet App so you can log in and access your unique QR code for the show which you can use to print your badge at the show. If you have not received your ConnectEd welcome email, simply email client.relations@schoolsandacademiesshow.co.uk and a member of the team will send this across.

    We will also be sending visitors their badges via post in the weeks leading up to the show and you can also collect your badge at the show entrance by providing your name and organisation.

  • The Schools & Academies Show primarily serves the public sector. If you are representing a private sector organisation, the cost to attend is £699 + VAT per delegate. You can secure your ticket here.

    We also recommend exhibiting or sponsoring. You can enquire about sponsorship opportunities here and a member of our team will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful.

TICKET INFORMATION

PUBLIC SECTOR TICKET

The show is free-to-attend for Schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, Colleges, Universities, Charities, Not-for-Profits, Local and Central Government and the wider public sector.

Please note private organisations do not qualify for a free pass and free tickets purchased by private organisations will be invalidated by our team.

PRIVATE SECTOR TICKET

Private sector tickets are available for £699 + VAT. This includes access to the exhibition, all content theatres and show features (excluding the ConnectEd Lounge) as well as restricted access to our exclusive ConnectEd Platform.

CPD

  • In total, we offer over 30 hours of CPD certified content split across multiple theatres during the 1-day event.

    You will be scanned on entry to the sessions that you attend so that we can track the number of CPD points you have collected during your visit. Unless you can be in two theatres at once, we would estimate a maximum of 7 CPD points for attending the event.

    It can take up to 30 days to process the CPD information. We will do our best to get your certificates to you as quickly as possible and are grateful for your patience.

  • Yes, there are multiple catering points inside the hall along with eateries within the NEC boulevard.

    A variety of our exhibitors provide snacks and goodies from their stands and we also have a Networking Area which will provide sandwiches and refreshments as well as a full catering area to the left of the inside of the hall.

  • We provide a free cloakroom for all attendees which can be found outside of the main entrance to Hall 1.

    The Cloakroom will open 30 minutes prior to the event opening and close when the event finishes.

  • The NEC provide free visitor Wi-Fi across the NEC, with no code required.

  • Yes, if you would prefer to stay nearby for the duration of the show, there are a wealth of options close by to the NEC. Click here for more information on nearby hotels and accommodation.

  • The NEC has parking available, which you can find out more about here. If you are travelling to the ExCeL by road, please use postcode B40 1NT to find us. You can enjoy free parking on us, just keep hold of your physical entry badge and show it when leaving the car park, and the fee will be paid by the show.
